Thank you for response

I would like to clarify couple of things with you before we proceed for company incorporation.

Once we register company with one local and 2 foreign directors, will you help and guide us for WRT license, what will be the time frame for company registration until WRT license ?

Do you think we can complete the whole process with 2-3 moths? Do you have any client who have got WRT through your esteemed company?

Lets say we will get company registration done within 10-15 days can we start business operations after that, our local partner can run our outlet until we get our Employment passes.

Waiting for your response

Thanks

Hi Mudasir,

General consultation is free of charge. If you require assistance for WRT license, there will be charges. The total duration for the license will take about 3-6 months, depending on governmental approval. It may be quicker as you have a local director.

We do have client who manage to obtain their license through our company. However, it is a case by case basis.

Your local partner can start on the operations if he is the director of the company before you obtained an employment pass.

We would love to have a call with you to further understand and discuss the possibilities for your business.

Hi Mudasir,

Thank you for reaching out to Paul Hype Page!

The good news is that Malaysia allows companies to be 100% foreign owned. This means that you enjoy flexibility with your company structure and all three of you can own the company.

Before applying for employment pass, you will need to apply for WRT license for your import and export business. There will also be capital requirements from RM 250,000 to RM 1million, depending on the company structure.

For our own visa, we suggest you to contact your employ or agency to assist further.

Let's have a call to better understand your business needs! Feel free to contact us if there is any queries :)
