1. You will need to incorporate a company.

2. You will need to apply for an import and export permit for rice, rice produce, and paddy byproduct under the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry (Paddy and rice industry division).

3. After the permit approval, you will need to apply for an import License For Products Under Customs Orders from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

Alternatively, you can work with a licensed freight forwarder to handle the import and export activity. It reduces the procedure and time for you to start your business.
