After i have read the whole articles about 20 business that foreigners can't do and also read from Eskulim and yours responses, I understand that it will not be able to do restaurant business in KL, But how about Selangor State and Petaling Jaya,  Ara Damansara area ? will it apply the same rules?

Hi Zau Naw,

You are able to register a Shd. Bhd. (Private Limited) company for your restaurant in Ara Damansara. After that, you will need to apply for a business license through the portal.

If you need assistance in setting up your company, feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp. https://wa.me/6584833084

Hi Eskulin,

We would like to know the area in Malaysia that you would like to set up your food business.

Due to COVID, places such as Kuala Lumpur have restricted specific industries to ban foreign ownership. Foreigners cannot own businesses such as supermarkets, Spa, Restaurant/Bistro/Cafe, etc.

Do contact us if you need assistance with business setup or require more information!
