We apologised that you can only apply Employment Pass (EP) for foreign workers if you have a company. Sole proprietorship will not be able to apply EP for clients.

However, you can consider engaging service from a freelancer. You can also look into setting up a SDN BHD which will allow you to apply employment pass for foreign workers.
