You do not need a license to tutor for ACCA courses. However, consider the following illustrations if you intend on other curriculums or business plans:

• If you are teaching school academic subjects, yes, you need to register as a tuition centre.
• If you want to offer Malaysia Embassy recognised certificates, yes, you need to register as an education centre.
• If you are running non-standard online courses like digital coding, design and other skill sets, you do not need a license.
